The
OdinCheck-21 Branch Image Capture (BIC) solution
offers high-quality item capture features with optional centralized
proofing and balancing, amount encoding (CAR/LAR) and Electronic Cash
letter (ECL) generation. These advanced Check-21 capabilities are
provided through integration with C&A Associates
ImageMaster and ProofPC Branch Item Capture
and POD system for full check-21 and electronic cash letter (ECL)
production.
ECL's
can be sent to virtually any end point for settlement processing.
IFS also offers a complete end-to-end Check-21 solution for Branch Image
Capture (BIC) with C&A Associates ImageMaster suite. Using a
complete C&A Associates ImageMaster solution, branches may optionally
perform their own proof and balancing tasks before sending ECL's directly
for settlement processing or forwarding ECL's to an in-house ProofPC
system for ECL consolidation and forwarding.

OdinCheck-21 Highlights: Image
quality improvements with DCC’s TellerScan™ Scanners
allow for reiterative multiple thresholding for best quality image with
automatic image rotation and MICR capture on most inverted and reversed
items using Digital Check’s Best Read™ MICR quality analysis for
TellerScan™ scanners. OdinCheck-21's Rapid Encoding Interface
enables key-from-image item encoding. OdinCheck-21 also incorporates

The TellerScan 230 (TS230),
based on Digital Check Corporation (DCC)’s successful and highly
reliable TS220E platform, embodies the most advanced design for
distributed check
capture on the market today. The TS230 is available in two models,
both with DCC’s unique
continuous feed feature, which allows checks to be added while
scanning – for higher throughput and more volume than traditional
scanners. The TS230-65, scanning at up to 65 items per minute,
is ideal for teller windows and corporate environments that need to
process deposits throughout the day or in a narrow timeframe. The
faster TS230-100, at 100 items per minute, is ideal for the commercial
window of banks, the back counter of small branches, or for corporate

The TellerScan TS 400ES is a fast check scanner designed for
back-office applications. Standard features include duplex (two-sided)
scanning, MICR reading, rear inkjet for printing
customized information, manual feeder with capacity of 80/100 documents
and a two-pocket sorter. The TS 400ES comes with an enhanced output
sorter with two large pockets with capacity of 100 documents each. The
TS400 fits easily into any working environment thanks to its sleek

The TellerScan TS350 is a duplex (two-sided) check scanner
designed for front-office and back-office check imaging applications.
The 350 is designed to satisfy the need for a low cost, medium volume
batch oriented Check
scanner. Standard features include: two-sided scanning, MICR reading,
rear inkjet for printing dates or customized endorsement information,
automatic motorized feeder with capacity of 80/100 documents and a
two-pocket output sorter. The motorized feeder automatically opens to
accept a new batch of checks and then closes when scanning begins -
ideal for one-handed operation. Also available is the Endorse Before
Scan or EBS version, recommended whenever the images captured must
include the endorsement information.

The CR-180
is a compact Check Transport device that scans both sides of
checks and has
ability to read the MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition)
characters on checks using its
built-in magnetic head. Along with Canon's industry-wide reputation in
document feeding performance and image quality, the CR-180, rated at
approximately 180 checks per minute, is one of the fastest devices in
its class.

features a unique clam-shell design, the CR-55 model opens easily for
